Fry's Signature Marketplace!

I just got back from an awesome time at Fry's Signature Marketplace on Tatum and Shea! They are re-opening this store tomorrow and invited some Arizona bloggers to come check out the remodel. All I can say is WOW! I have never seen anything like this.

Here is a picture of Fry's president, Jon Flora, meeting with us and answering our questions. He seems really passionate about helping people save money at Fry's. I love the fact that all coupons are worth $1 and they are accepting competitor's coupons.

This new store has some really great features that will not be found at other stores. Here are a few of my favorites:

  • Fry's Fresh Attractions Cooking School and Saturday Kids cooking classes
  • Nature's Market featuring a huge selection of organic and gluten free foods
  • American Kobe Beef (Introductory price will be around $30/lb)
  • A dessert shop with more than 300 pastries, cookies, pies and cakes
  • Valet parking, covered parking, outdoor security and a car wash
  • Fred Meyer Jewelers (They had some beautiful pieces)
  • Tortillaria with warm fresh tortillas

This is a picture of Lou serving us fresh buttered tortillas...mmmm!

So, if you are around Tatum and Shea, you definitely need to check out this store. The only thing that would be awesome to add, is a childcare center. I know some Fry's around the valley offer childcare but this location doesn't.

I was given (2) $25 Fry's gift cards for attending this event. All opinions are my own.

UGH Kara!!! You guys received gift cards too!!! SO jealous down here! :-)

Ok I will stop whining at you... and go whine at someone else. :-)

Great review by the way. It looks like a neato store. The fresh tortillas would be one of my fave things. Did they happen to mention plans for additional Super Store? Like in Tucson??

I would have loved to meet both of you! I got to meet Sheryl from Centsable Shoppin and Amy from Living The Domestic Life.
