Walmart: Tic Tacs As Low As $.04!

Walmart has Tic Tac's for $1.04. You can use the $1/1 or $.75/1 Tic Tac from the (6/12) RP to get them for $.04 - $.29! In Phoenix we got the $.75/1 coupon.

Has anyone else found these cheaper at another store?
