Plentiful Pantry sent me a box full of goodies! So far, I've made the Tortilla Soup (my boys loved it) and Key Lime Cheesecake Bars! All of these items are great because you can customize them to your taste. When I made the Tortilla Soup I added shredded chicken. I would have loved to add some black beans and corn, but my boys are really picky. I've been getting lots of free cream cheese at Fry's, so it was perfect timing for the Key Lime Cheesecake Bars! They were really creamy with a chocolate crust. They also sent a Pumpkin Cobbler mix that will be perfect for Thanksgiving!
