I decided to head to Fry's and see if I could take advantage of their current deal, buy 4 Covergirl products, receive $4 off instantly. So, I clipped (2) $2.50/2 Covergirl coupons (5/2) PG and started to search for the cheapest items.
(2) Cover Girl Eyeshadow Singles - $2.24 each
(2) Cover Girl Eyeliner Pencils - $2.09 each
(2) Bounty Basic - $1.19 each
= $11.04
-$4 for purchasing (4) Covergirl products
- $5 for (2) $2.50/2 Covergirl (5/2) PG
-$2 for (2) $.25/1 Bounty (5/2) PG
= $11 off
I paid $.04 + $.47 tax = $.51
& saved 99%
Wouldn't you know, when I went to pay all I had was a $20 bill. I always go to the store with a pocket full of change. Grrrrrr.

Anon, I don't think there is a limit, just as long as you buy in multiples of four. I would probably call ahead just to make sure. I only had 2 Cover Girl coupons so I didn't try to buy more than 4.
