Has anyone heard of the new Jillian Michaels workout video? It's called 30 Day Shred. I purchased it at Target last night for $9.00. I had some overage to eat up, so I decided to buy it.

Okay, yesterday was only the first day. I'm not that sore this morning, but, I'm sure I will be after a few days. I'm in a wedding in November and I'd love to lose about 15 pounds. I'm hoping this will help get me started.
